Place three coins in a wine glass and remove them. Only two are now in your hand - the other is now underneath the glass!
Place one coin inside an inverted glass. Pick up the other two coins, and suddenly you only have one in your hand. Move the glass around to reveal there are now TWO inside the glass!
Place all three coins inside the inverted glass and remove one. The removed coin has now vanished from your hand, and all three are back under the glass!
