Start with a sealed deck, the cards are in new deck order. After a card is chosen, the chosen card vanish in the deck completely. Immediately the chosen card reappears inside the card case. The effect is just as described.
Advantages:

It says that you start with a sealed deck. Does it means that you can do this trick only 1 time with this purchase or its working with any deck?

Without giving away the entire trick...you can do this trick multiple times with the same deck. The sealed deck is a kicker to the trick itself.
