A hyper visual effect whereby a borrowed bill's portrait VANISHES right before their eyes, only to reappear in an impossible place. The bill is then VISUALLY restored and is handed back to the spectator.

It looks like this:

Borrow a $1 bill from a spectator. Blow on it, and George Washington's portrait vanishes - it not only disappears, it leaves a HOLE in the center of the bill! And the fun part: the missing portrait is then found in an impossible place of your choosing.

But it's not over yet! They will surely ask you to put the bill back together again, right? So, you do so! They see the portrait go back into the center of the bill, and you hand their bill back to them fully restored!
